this hotel has terrible service. the walls are paper thin, so privacy is nonexistent. Not to mention the beds are harder than rocks, perfect for breaking your sleep! I asked for a spa appointment but was told it was fully booked, how does that happen? I almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t, so here I am.

The hotel boasts beautiful views of the bay and offers a complimentary shuttle service to Sorrento, making it easy to explore the area.
The air conditioning system was ineffective, as it wouldn’t turn off, and on the last day, we had no hot water for the shower.

Beautiful views of the Bay of Naples, attractive pool area, engaging family-run environment
The shower facilities lacked space for comfort!!! Wi-Fi connectivity was pathetic, with disruptions throughout the hotel!!! I was also frustrated by the limited shuttle service hours, which restricted evening activities.

From skeptic to believer
The helpful staff made our stay more enjoyable. Every morning offered a fantastic buffet breakfast that satisfied our needs. A complimentary shuttle bus saved us from the hustle of Sorrento's busy center.
In contrast, I found some areas needing updates and better maintenance. The evening dining options were a letdown. I recommend dining outside the hotel for more variety.

It was just a smart choice for a walk in the evening in Sorrento with attractive and competitive value for money. I enjoyed the fantastic view of the Bay of Naples from my room that made my stay special. Consider getting dinner outside the hotel as there are better local options.

Charming, Charming, Charming
The stunning views of the Bay of Naples from my room were simply breathtaking, making every sunrise feel like a personal painting! I indulged in delightful pastries at breakfast, with a terrace view that only enhanced the experience. The lovely garden and well-maintained pool area were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

The attractive pool area, surrounded by a lush garden, provides a relaxing escape after a day in the sun. Beautiful views of the Bay of Naples make for stunning sunset experiences, enhancing the overall atmosphere of the hotel.
The air conditioning units can make some odd banging noises, which can be distracting during the night. Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty, with a frustrating lack of reliability in the rooms. The limited shuttle service to town may restrict access for evening outings, especially when the buses come infrequently. The room decor felt dated, and while it was clean, it might benefit from an upgrade for a more modern vibe.

would absolutely stay here again
We had a deluxe double room with a balcony, offering stunning views of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. The room had a flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing after sightseeing, and breakfast featured a wonderful spread of pastries and fresh fruits. Everything was impeccably clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

I had a lovely time! The staff were ever so helpful, and I adored the spotless room with that breathtaking view. Breakfast was a bit basic, though. could've done with more variety. But all in all, a proper gem to unwind after exploring Sorrento!
